I finally know the real reason for the American Civil War!I enjoyed the differant "perspective" on history. It was easy to suspend belief and fall into a differant world. There were enough actual facts to support the premise. A fun read.

A definite read for serious MLB fans. It takes you inside baseball and then inside baseball as seen from the umpires position. Very enlightening and great inside stories of the controversial World Series plays of the last few years. I thought it would be a struggle to get through but it was a very fast and funny read.
