Baby Names: No Nonsense Parenting Guide

This is a rather now outdated book. It's very simple, however if you like basic information without too much detail, this brief little book has just that. Simple information about the origins of childrens names. Would be best suitable for those who like to stick to tradition and heritage.

This book was actually more interesting than I thought. However, it doesn't have an Asian feel to it. It's more western in how it deals with things, in the use of language. But it's still extremely interesting and suspensful.

Definitly for kids around the ages of 8 or 9 and up. Has good, but rather vague information on diffrent careers involving animals. Very basic, and not exactly a colorful book.

A very thin and wide book, but in spite of that dpoes give detailed information about castles and the daily/common events which took place around them. Uses a variety of color, rather simple to understand as far as reading goes.

Cheetahs for Kids (Wildlife for Kids Series)
Review Date: 5/6/2008

Definitly suitable for children, which nice clear pictures and glossy pages. If your young child likes cheetahs or felines in general and is visually attracted to pictures and a visual learner, this is a good book.

This book contains a lot of information usefor in relation to Japan itsself, but I don't feel it connected well at all with the Christinaty issues, except at the very end of the book. It doesn;t involve Christian issues or outlooks nearly as much as it should.

Not much happens in this bok, but if you like Shakespear you'll apreciate this feudal- modern-like story. Not a lot of action, but it's actually a prety good story, making you yearn to know what will happen between the two main characters. This isn't a love story however, and God doesn't speak it in, either. It's very realistic, and good. And I don't even like religious stories!

The Complete Book of Dog Care: How to Raise a Happy and Healthy Dog

This book does have interesting information, giving specific details of many breeds, and useful information on how to properly care for your dog. While not a colorful book, the pictures of good, and it's meant to be informative.

An interesting book, Daniel Steele takes us on a story through at least two generations of mother and daughter and their stories through love, trials, and personal choices. Story takes place dsuring one of the World Wars. A great story for those who are religious, particularly Jewish or Catholic, and espcially for women.

While the concept for the story is good, for this book, I did not find it entirely funny, and found myself unable to connect with its story, although some moments and characters made me think.

I was actually dissapointed by this book. Even though the theme and concept of it is very interesting, I found the actualy story and writing too simple for my own tastes, and the ending a big *too* vague and open.

For being a rather old book, the story is well written and quite a good one. Eric Neilson provides and ideal story for being set in the time of the Vikings.

To put it simple, this is a great book. I find myself not even drawn or remotly interested in stories of this kind, but John Steinbeck tells a good story with this. If you can, read this book. You won't regret it!

If you're studying Japanese literature, you might as well read this. It might be osmething interesting. However, if you're someone who normally doesn't read Japanese or Asian literature, this might be boring for you.
