I enjoyed this book. The main character is a little harsh in the beginning, but I like her transformation throughout the book.

From Back cover: Bodies in the Bookshop is filled with amusing sallies of wit, quaint and pungent observations, droll characters and rambles amoung many a volume of forgaotten lore. Crisp dialogue keeps the plot moving at top speed. After forty years, Bodies in a Bookshop is as exuberantly readable as ever, a welcome and refreshing relief from so many of today's flat and colorless mystery puzzles.

Since I am an MSU alumni, this was an interesting book. Would like to know how much of it was true.

Definitly not the best in the Hannibal books, though it was a lot better than the movie.

Critical Acclaim by Robert Kiener, Readers Digest: "When Nicholas Green was shot to death in Italy, the world reacted with horror. After his parents donated his organs to seven very sick Italians, their gift sent an electric charge through the human spirit. Now for the first time, Reg Green speaks about his son's death. This book is a story of grace, dignity and how one family turned senseless tragedy into a life-affirming gesture."
