A mysterious and tragic accident in the 1950's; an inexplicable suicide twenty years later. What was the strange link between the two - and Caroline Hunterton's long buried past? Moves from wartime Suffolk to Fifties Hollywood and from glitzy Madison Avenue to London's theatrical aristocracy and the machination of cheque book publishing.

Poodle owner Melanie Travis is shanghaied into helping with the raffle sales at the poodle specialty show when one of her coworkers is killed. This writer is not restricted to those who like dogs, but rather will be enjoyed by most cozy readers.

Fourth in the Bittershon/Kelling series. Wonderful characters. Set at the seashore house. Lionel's kids show up and cause chaos, in addition to the regular appearance of the dead bodies. Bittershon's family also show up in this book. Very Funny, excellent writer.

Very enjoyable silly murder set at the end of WWI. Very typical of the Littles sisters work

Celia Grant is an enjoyable character, in an interesting village. Cozy in the tradition of Agatha Christie, but with a stronger, more up to date protagonist.

A fluffier version of a Stephanie plum book. In these the main character is a hair lady with desires to do investigative journalism. She has the required rough - tough guy to help her out, and some truly crazy family members to keep things interesting

Don't go into this thinking the main character is a cat person. She hunts up missing cats, but does not like them. And a lot of cats die, so skip it if that's a problem for you. The main story is jumpy, and gets hard to keep track of at times. Overall, I simply did not enjoy this book on many levels.
