I skimmed this looking for ideas on how to improve our library, and got a page of notes. "Black Ink" is focused on ideas on how to improve community newspaper products and profits. It is derived from columns written by Ken Blum for 16 years for "Publishers' Auxiliary". Lots of good ideas.

Set when the Vikings were taking over Britain, the clash between the two cultures focuses on the leaders of both. Tala is a princess and priestess, told by the Kings to marry Lord Edon. Lots of hot sex as they fight over their differences and of course fall in love without telling the other! A good book with lots of plot to hold up the love story.

The story of a raptor's life. I enjoyed this during a vacation, but had my 11 year old daughter steal it from me and read it in a day before I could finish it. I would think kids who are interested in dinosaurs would love this book. Probably takes at least 5th grade reading level.
