An enjoyable read. Imagine traveling through time to find you've been labeled a goddess. Fun, humorous dialogue. The romance not in your face. Great tech writing.

Enjoy a level of detail in my reading that many authors don't take the time to do. More complexity than average, too. I'm a fast reader, so I like a book that's going to take some time. The main character is female and intelligent, quite capable of playing with the big boys. The entry of alien species piqued my interest and I'm hoping to see more of that fleshed out in future books. The Asian flare is a bit odd, since this world is going off-world, but it all works out. Plenty of intrigue and imagination going here. Enjoyable read.

The Raven returns in a further adventure. Joined by elves whose most holy site has been desecrated by Xetesk. Lots of action and detailed fights. Great story! Barclay has done it again.

Great writing. Just the right balance of details personal v. magic. Layered complexity. Love Berg's writing!

I didn't think I would like this book, it's been hyped so much. Not a book for a quick read. It is well-written, with a good story. Pretty intense on the political arena with lots of characters to keep track of. It's good to have the characters fleshed out, as opposed to just watching the acting, if you're just watching the series on TV.

Not the best in the series. Our strong female lead suddenly became needy and helpless. Too much repetitive swoon-like thinking. Be strong, Princess, and fight to the end. It's nice to have the guy, but he shouldn't be the end-all to the action.

Love to read something that's not all about graphic sex. Intelligent and full of humor. Like me.

Great ending for a great series! Sometimes a trilogy doesn't know how to end itself, but this one certainly does. It's a keeper.
