An excellent (and delicious) collection of recipes--my husband and I have made several more than once, and we look forward to trying out the others in the book.

I've loved most of Susan Elizabeth Phillips' books, and this is one of my favorites. A yummy hero and a strong and interesting heroine--don't miss this one!

Filled with Trondheim's hilarious wordless artwork, this purports to the an extraterrestrial comic book found by the cartoonist while he vacationed in the Catskills. His pages are colorful, the story both whimsical and sardonic. This is easily enjoyed by older kids and adults alike.

Three classic love romances by Linda Howard, Linda Lael Miller, and Heather Graham Pozzessere--these are older stories, so these writers styles are now a bit more polished, but their fans will appreciate these and will enjoy their passion all the same.

Bait is a fast-paced exciting read--this is the first I've read of Karen Robards, and I may just have to find more of her books. Lindsay's story was also a good read, but in a completely different way. Her book is moving and funny and sweet.

Jennifer Crusie's characters are real and incredibly funny--the ones in Bet Me are no exception. A great read!

An entertaining as well as useful baby-naming guide. The information it includes on trends, image/connotations, and traditions is good to have on hand when faced with choosing those all-important few syllables that will determine how your little ones are addressed their whole lives. And if you prefer looking over many lists of many names to see what hits you, this book has that too. Enjoy!

A continuation of the vampire novel Embrace the Twilight, this Maggie Shayne story centers on the seemingly idyllic town of Endover. When private investigators Maxine Stuart and Lou Malone go there to search for information on two missing girls, they find much more than they could have anticipated. A tense and compelling romance.

I really enjoyed Lori Foster's stories of all the Buckhorn brothers, and was really looking forward to Casey's story--fortunately she does not disappoint! This was a great conclusion to her series, and is also a great read as a stand-alone. Hot, funny, and all-too-engrossing...

Rachel Morton doesn't seem to be an ideal parent, but she comes to attorney Adam Raeburn to fight for custody of her children. As he gets to know her and sees her changed life in Christ, he's drawn to her compassion and comes to understand her desire to be reunited with her family. I was blessed by this story of God's faithfulness and power to change lives.
