Amazing and riveting! VERY deep and emotional book. You will be appalled and amazed by this book at the very same time.

I have used this book series for years! Very relevant to Ohio's state standards for language arts.

My book club read this book, so I really tried to get into the story, characters, plot etc. I personally didn't love the book. I struggled to keep my interest, as I am not a fan of blending the Holocaust with fictional monsters and other made up elements.
I loved the pictures and parts of the story.

Very good book! Loved all her stories.. did get a little too over involved about all the ingredients and French names of things... but very enjoyable book.
