Enjoyed this "first in the series" book about the Camel Club so much that I ordered the next two books. The "senior citizen" heroes are likable and interesting.

Jonathon King was a new author for me, but I liked this book and will be looking for more by him. The story kept my interest all the way through. This particular audio book was an abridgement but I will not hesitate to get either a print book or an unabridged version of his work because I think his characters were believable and the story was interesting. A sniper is targeting criminals that he thinks did not pay for their crimes and he is using the newspaper articles written by a crime reporter, who is the central figure of the story, to select his victims.

Special agent of the FBI, Smoky Barrett, is dealing with the loss of her family to a killer when a new serial killer begins to target women, and Smoky in particular. She must face her own demons and catch the killer. It is well written and gives us much insight into Smoky's struggles, both personal and as she trails the killer.

This is the first book by Evan McNamara that I have read but I thought it was very well-written, and the story kept you interested all the way through. I will be watching for more books by Mr. McNamara.
