I love all books by Kimberly Cates. Deirdre doesn't want to be vulnerable to Stone, and he to her either, although he's been fascinated by her for many years from afar. Their world comes together again and you'll have to read for yourself what happens.

I always read a book to the end, even if I don't like it as much up front. This one really became deep emotionally towards the last quarter or so of the book, which is what I look for. I started liking the book okay, and ended up loving it.

This is one of my top three favorite Romance books I've ever read!! My one complaint is that a sequel hasn't been made to continue the story of one of the characters.

I didn't think I could really get into the characters personality and "be there" in a novel of this size, but I did. I really empathized and felt the emotion and ended up wanting to know more about the family (supporting characters). I highly recommend this book. You'll love this couple.
