This book reads like the author has a chip on her shoulder about how she was treated as an adoptive mother. If you are feeling fed up with other people's ignorance over adoption and want to make them feel bad about what they've said, give them this book. Otherwise, it is so accusational and demeaning, I cannot recommend it.

It was okay, cute drawings and title, but a single mom is implied, not a traditional family.

This is a hoot! Good recipes too. Unfortuntely doesn't go into detail on lagering and secondary fermentation as much as I'd hoped.

Great to help the grandparents and others understand what will happen to our family - to reinforce what we've explained and also more believable coming from a third party.
