Avenger of Blood was an excellent second book in the Apocalypse Diaries. The characters were easy to follow from book one and the story line stayed within understanding, also.

I enjoy all books by Jan Karon. This one is simple to read but complete in detail for the people of Mitford. I read this because it was written for the Christmas season.

Experiencing God was sent to me during a time when I didn't understand "why" life was so confusing and difficult. This book showed God's love to me in a deep and personal way. Life may still be hard, but I know God is with me and that I can "experience" Him everyday. The authors, Blackaby and King, used God's word to show how to really experience God.

Absolutely love the book! I don't know how Noah's life really was "back in the past," but Gilbert Morris really shows great writing ability. It's as though you can "feel" the atmosphere that early Bible people might have experienced!

Awesome book. I actually read it once because a friend let me borrow her copy. I enjoyed it so much that I got a copy from paperback swap and read it again.

Tidings of Comfort and Joy is a story within a story that was an easy and enjoyable read. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a simple story, especially during the Christmas season.
