This is one of the Wagon West Series and it hold you attention to the very end and do the other Books by Dana Fuller Ross. You will enjoy reading it.

This is book 4 of a wagon train across America. Starts in Long Island, NY and ends in Oregon. Book 1 is Wagons West: Independence; Book 2 is Wagons West: Nebraska; Book 3 is Wagons West: Wyoming. All Four are very good. I read them all.

I enjoyed this book as with all the other Wagons West Series. This is #19 and I have read all 18 up to now and not lost interest. Would highly recommend the whole series.
