Fantastic characters, locales, and storytelling. Page turning action combined with truly humorous situations. My first Carl Hiaasen novel, and certainly not the last.

A very good novel, definitely one for those looking to read beyond the early Clive Barker short stories.

A light hearted, humorous read with believable characters in wild situations. Never a dull moment! It delivered what I expected and more...like a "tamer" Hangover with better character development (and plot).

Likely the best "fantasy" novel I have read. I typically prefer sci fi, horror, and thrillers.
Very good writing, characters, and an action packed read. I will definitely continue with the series.

The classic book on homebrewing, with some useful new updates. A very easy read that inspires one to pursue a wonderful hobby.

A beautiful book with many good recipes, and a few great ones! There are not many pictures of the dishes so if you need glossy full page photos for inspiration this is not the book for you.

Was hoping for much more than "tour guide of hell" as Harry confronts Pinhead and demons alike. LOTS of explaining the horrors discovered during a rescue mission, but unfortunately not a very enthralling tale.

Really any book by Jamie Purviance is worth reading if one is into grilling.

Very entertaining, the audio book is VERY well done, and a joy to listen to. Twists and some interesting characters make for a captivating story.
