Not the easiest book to help with pronunication though pronunication guide is extensive, but lots of good info in front of book on history, culture, sizes for shopping, etc.
Lots of helpful phrases.

Even though this book was about politics during the Bush I and Clinton years, much of Trillin's wit and wisdom rings true today in 2022!

You'll be amazed at how different the story is from the movie! Stoker's writing is wonderfully descriptive.

A very interesting perspective on the life of Elizabeth Barrett Browning as well as a charming story of the life of a dog, told from his perspective.

Interesting book. It's "fiction" but truly biographical about Bloom and autobigraphical about Bellow in many respects.

This is the second in the series of No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency books. It tells a lot about the people of Botswana, as well as details of a couple of Mma Ramotswe's cases. She also gets engaged!
