I loved this book. I have all of Jennifer Chiaverini's Elm Creek series & I am so glad that she has circled back to them after doing a bunch of historical novels.

I thought I'd enjoy the scenery in the book, but to my amazement, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire book. The descriptions are so vivid that it was like doing the trip right along with the author. I loved that it's in hand written print, along with hand painted illustrations. Lovely!

I loved this series so much that I have started ordering any Ann Tatlock book that I can. I am sending them all along to my sister, who, after reading them will put them back into paper back swap, I'm sure (if not passing them along to friends). Ann Tatlock is a writer that keeps you so into the book that you are reading that it is hard to put them down!

I adored this book. I love Amish mysteries as they keep you interested & wanting to know what happens next, but without the sex & horror. This one was more mysterious than most & kept you thinking.

Not my normal reading type and it took a little to get into, but once I did, I couldn't put it down. Very intriguing!
