The first story in this book was my favorite. It's more true to life. All the stories in the book touched my heart. It's a great read!

This book was a great one. I loved the first story and how he didn't want to take advantage of her just because they were officially married on their wedding. Tracie Peterson is an amazing author!

I normally don't read books like this, but having heard from friends about how the series was great I just had to try it. I'm glad I did because it was an amazing book. The characters are real and the pictures you form in your mind from the authors imagery makes you feel like you are right there with the characters. Great book and I can't wait to read the rest and want the 4th to hurry up and be published.

I love anything by Amy Clipston. I have read this book twice now and found that I loved it just as much the second time if not even more. This story was really meaningful to me because it showed that sometimes I just need to listen. What might be good for me, might not be the best for everyone else. Rebecca was taught this lesson as she struggled with keeping her worldly nieces in her Amish home. Rebecca wanted them with her because that is what her sister Grace wanted. Rebecca was torn between her nieces, her husband and her Amish community. Rebecca is forced to listen to everyone's needs and found that they were not necessarily what she wanted, but she was able to do what was best for everyone.

This is the first book I have read by Cindy Woodsmall. I loved it! At one point I had tears welling up in my eyes. It's a great Christmas story and the imagery from the author's words is amazing. I recommend this to anyone who likes Amish fiction.
