Very practical. Very helpful. Especially if you have grade school or older kids. Also read Parenting By The Book. This Boundries book would especially be a good tool for you if you tend towards giving in when your kids get emotional. If you are already a "do what I say when I say it" type then read something else...something that will help balance you out--not the other way around :-)

Really amazing book. It is very practical and has changed for the better how we open our home to others. I was raised in a very hospitable home, so it was wonderful to have even more encouragement in this area. I have given two copies away and have met the author. She is as real and hospitable as her book teaches. A "must read" for everyone no matter your current home situation. There is something everyone can learn in this book.
