I'm looking forward to enrolling my daughter in one of her programs if I can find a group close to me- but if not I'll be able to use the information from the book to help my daughter not feel cornered by the girl box. I think the ideas from this book are really great and wish I'd had something like this when I was going through that awkward stage. Like the author herself says I sometimes still feel that I need help reconnecting to my true me and not allowing myself to be pressured into to certain thoughts and ideas just because they are expected of me. I highly recommend this book!

I read this based on a recommendation from Outlander Series fans. I've finished that series and needed something to help me wait for the next book. I had trouble getting into the story in the beginning but along the way I got swept up by the many interesting characters and their interwoven story lines. It was a very enjoyable read. I too would recommend this series to any Outlander fans or fans of historical fiction. I'll be reading the rest of the Wilderness Series as soon as I can.

A helpful book for eating the McDougall way. Full of lots of tasty recipes.

A fun read. It's half about her struggles with her weight issues and half romance novel.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this book although a different cover and title is the same story as "The Perfect Fit: Fat Free Dreams Just Don't Taste the Same"

Great ideas for stuffies using those odd socks and gloves that turn up around the house. Kid and adults will love the animals- each one will become a unique creature with tons of personality.

I liked The Moonstone, also by Wilkie Collins, but was very disappointed in The Woman in White. I kept waiting for some big revelation...and waiting and waiting. Others might like this but for me it was a lot of reading for an anti-climactic ending.
