This would make an excellent book club book. Great fodder for discussions. It was a very bizarre book, but a bit too sci-fi for me. I also felt the ending left too many questions unanswered.

Although some parents may find the methods hard to swallow, I do believe they work. The book also includes lots of helpful information about the sleep habits of infants.

I heard so many good things about this book, I was excited to read it. What a letdown! The beginning was great, the middle was excrutiating, and the ending was anti-climatic. But please be your own judge. I think I was just so fed up with the middle, that the ending would have to have really blown me away to make up for it.

I read this while I was pregnant with my first child. Do not do this! I was hoping for warm fuzzies, and this book was certainly lacking those. Although it is a very truthful book, it is very depressing too.

This is the potty training book for parents who want a quick and dirty method of potty training. I ditched it and went for a more laid back gradual approach myself. There are some good points, but I think it suggest potty training too early and too fast.
