I read this book because another reviewer said it dealt with aging parents - something I just went through. She is an excellent writer and I highly recommend this book.

I loved this book - it motivated me because it explained what actually happens to my body when I eat certain foods. It totally made sense, and I now feel physically ill when I eat white bread/sugar (though I love them). I recommend it to anyone, even those approaching 40.
