Creepy and disturbing, but a good read.

I've read this book twice! I thought it was a great escape.

This book is a pretty good read. If you like non stop, no holds barred action then this one might be for you. You really have to suspend reality on this one. The characters shouldn't have made it out alive from an one of the situation that they got themselves into; let alone the 15 or so they faced. Think of it as the poor, backwards cousin of "Jurassic Park".

I never do this, but I just couldn't help myself. This was the most boring and disappointing "ghost story" I've every encountered. I've been reading this genre since I was in the 8th grade (I'm 51 now), so that is saying something. The characters are unsympathetic and the actual haunting never really gets of the ground. Don't waste your time or credit on this one. Randy

I thought this Piers Anthony series was great. It has been awhile since I have read them, but they really stuck with me over the years. The concept of really people taking on the job of "death", "fate", "god", "the devil", etc is intriguing to me.

Wow, what a terrible read. I made it about half way through this one, but couldn't force myself to endure any more. The plot was flimsy at best. The author couldn't seem to keep track of what character was talking and whom they were talking about. A ridiculous waste of time.
