If you print a wrapper to send a book, and the Information for the Receiver on the wrapper contains the information: "Mary sent you this book...please contact Mary when the book arrives" (and you are not "Mary"!) this means that a PBS member has requested this book from you to be sent to a friend.
In this example,
- Mary is the PBS member
- The name/address on page 1 is Mary's friend
- Your name is listed as having mailed the book
- Mary's friend needs to contact Mary to tell her that the book has been received, so Mary can mark it received from her account page.
- When the book is marked received by Mary, you will get credit as usual for having sent the book.
This will also happen if a requestor requests a book to be sent to HERSELF at an alternate address.
