If you thought GTD by David Allen was a great idea but just a little too challenging to implement...if your life is centered around MS Outlook, then you'll LOVE this book. It took a bit longer than I expected to pull it all together, but I feel really organized, and stuff doesn't fall through the cracks anymore.
