This book is great and we highly recommend it if you have not yet read it. Very informative. You may disagree with a lot that he says but even so the suggestions he makes about improving your health are very important. He gives names of companies that make things that are good for you and includes in most all of them, their websites and phone numbers. If you have access to the web you can improve your health just by looking up stuff he talks about.
