I've heard so much about this book. So I got it off the New Books shelf at the library. Started out ok, although I did NOT like the voice of Amy. But I kept reading. The writing is good. I also HATE the nickname of 'Go". Every single time I read it, it jarred me. Distracted me. What kind of a name is 'Go'? To me, it just doesn't work.
I'm around p. 89 and I'm aborting. I don't want to know. Yes, I DO want to know what happened to Amy. But I don't want to be depressed doing it, and it's heading in that direction. I just read reviews and no none seems to like the ending. I don't want to devote time to a book that will disappoint me in the end...
