This book was the first I read by this author. I'll give it another try before deciding if I will continue to read her books or if this book was a one off for me.
The lead character is Caroline, 28 years old, single, and innocent/naive to the point of me thinking sometimes; 'you have got to be kidding'.
What I had issue with mostly was that nearly all of the people around her daily were Christians who regularly attended church. And, not one of them invited her to attend until she was 28 years old.
I understand that everyone is not comfortable with 'witnessing' to others. However, I thought that the way the author portrayed the personalities of these additional characters, one, at least, would have spoken up a time or two.
