I absolutely loved the first book in this series but found this second installment to be quite disappointing. It felt too long, some parts seemed to drag on and on. It was a dark book, without one moment of feeling good or hopeful. It seemed like this book had a lot more photos than the previous one and it just didn't work as well. maybe it's because I was used to it this time but I don't think they added to the story in most parts but instead took away my need to use my imagination. The ending was a set up for another installment and left me confused. If you liked the first book, I guess you should give this one a try but I won't be reading the next one.
