Princess Rosalind is born with a dragon's claw for one finger and wears gold gloves to hide this flaw. Her mother does everything in her power (including murder) to safeguard Rosalind. However, nothing and no one can save Rosalind when the dragon come for her. Her time with the dragons is stressful but eventually she comes to love them.
This isn't a paranormal novel but straight fantasy where the dragon doesn't shift to human form. This is a young adult novel about a 14 year old princess is the subject of a royal prophecy involving marriage and war. I enjoyed the story but it really wasn't what I was expecting.
