Robert Holdstock creates a world of a mystical forest in England where Celtic myths and dreams take corporeal form. The Bone Forest explores some of the same characters from his acclaimed Mythago Wood. While this is a sort of prequel to Mythago Wood, it stands on its own as a fascinating and engrossing fantasy novel.
