This is a rambling, usually entertaining, memoir and reminiscence of the author's life, with emphasis on her relations with Frederick S. "Fritz" Perls, the father of Gestalt Therapy.
The author's healthy approach to life is the biggest appeal of this book. There are occasional dull moments, and a she included a couple of short stories that don't work for me, but overall a very good book that will appeal both to fans of Fritz and to the general reader.
