Excellent book and my favorite quote (among many) from it which sums it up well, I think: "...[People] say...[g]overnment doesn't work. Well, take a closer look. Government may not work well for average Americans, but it has been working very well for Wall Street, for multinational corporations, and for the financial superclass. They get the government they want, and they pay handsomely to get it."
