This book was a very very very quick read.
I thought the idea of a boy in highschool who has hooks for hands and a girl who really sees him, was intriguing.
I felt like this book lacked depth. We found out why he blew up his hands but when I found out I was like, "Really? That's it?"
Also, with Aurora's mother's death. It didn't seem like it hit her family too hard, like they didn't have any trouble adjusting.
Overall, I liked it just because I had been meaning to read it and it went by really quickly. However, this book definitely had its issues.
