I appreciate the nutritional information with each recipe. This has been my go-to Indian cookbook for 10 years now. Originally published as "Lite and Luscious Indian Cuisine", this book by registered dietician Madhu Gadia makes healthier versions of your favorite dishes easy to create. My copy is well-worn, binding is cracked, stained with garam masala and the like. It has provided years of good meals for group dinners, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food.
