Kerry works as an arson investigator with her evidence-sniffing dog, Sam. Together they're a great team, but only she knows the real reason that they are so good. From out of the ashes of another tragedy, a stranger appears. How does he know so much about her and her "talents". Together they work together to find a psychopath who has left a gruesome trail of fiery deaths.
