After making an arrest in a domestic violence case, Sheriff Bree Taggert is notified of a body discovered by hikers in a remote area of Grey's Hollow. Bree and her civilian investigator Matt Flynn find a body wrapped in a tarp. While waiting for the forensics team, they uncover two more bodies. It looks like this is the dumping ground for a serial killer. After learning the identity of the latest victim, Bree and Matt decide to talk to her best friend. But when they arrive at Jana Rinsky's home, they find the place has been torn apart and blood has been left behind. The hunt is on for a serial killer who has already picked his next victim.

This is the 8th book in the Bree Taggert series. I'm happy to say the series is still going strong. Along with a great mystery with lots of suspects, the story touches on Matt and Bree's relationship. He has moved in so he can be close to her and her niece and nephew. You can see the family growing closer with each book. My rating: 5 Stars.
