I saw Ms. Terry when she came to my town to speak on plastic and was blown away by her amount of knowledge. She was kind enough to pour all of that knowledge into this book and her blog (http://myplasticfreelife.com/). I initially borrowed the book from the library, but after going through and seeing all of the wealth of resources I knew I had to own it.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to start out being more ecological to those who want to go more radical. It suits the needs of the masses.
