Another good story about family that is a quick read. This is a standalone title from all I can tell, but there are three sisters, all with children, so it has the potential for a trilogy if it's popular with Debbie's readers.
Nicholas Sparks seems to have changed his writing style for books that are easily adapted to movies. Now that Debbie has seen such success on the Hallmark Channel, we may see that from her as well. This book definitely has a theme, similar to Spark's "Safe Haven," that could be a step to a film. I just saw the figures in Publisher's Weekly recently, and even old books that are made into movies skyrocket the sales of the book for the author.
