I wasnt quite sure if I liked this or not when I finished it. I rented the movie
( and the movie was actually better than book surprisingly) and gained a much bigger appreciation for the book. The story itself is very good but the writing is a little drab. And I couldnt help but strongly dislike Briony, the main character.
