Shy research scientist Allison Leamon reluctantly agrees to impersonate her vivacious twin sister, Ann, for a few days while she's out of town. Her first challenge is having dinner with Anns fiance, Davis, and his handsome friend, Spencer. As Allison tries to carry off the charade, she realizes there's an instant attraction between her and Spencer. She's far too logical to believe in love at first sight. But Spencer is a man who can read a woman like a book and knows Allison wants him as uch as he wants her.
