This is quite possibly the most bizarre book I have read in my entire life. I wouldn't call it an enjoyable read per se, but it certainly held my interest - in a strange, sideshow freak sort of manner that I couldn't turn my head from.
"Choke" was the first of Chuck Palahniuk's books that I've read but it won't be the last. His style is unique and refreshing (again, in an incredibly odd manner) and twistedly funny. Impossible to categorize. Read it and see for yourself...
