This is from the author of the Makers Diet, Jordan Rubin. this is a great book for those with digestive disorders. It helps by just showing you what to eat and what to avoid. His supplements are pricey but he does offer alternatives for people who don't have the money to purchase them.
The way they explain the conditions and the conventional and alternative treatments it gives a good overview and gives you the information so you can choose waht is best for you. The authors are a good team. Rubin shares how he overcame his Crohn's disease and Dr. Brasco shares his successes with his patients.
Lot's of excellent information, resouces and books to study if you want.
There's a wealth of valuable information in the resources and books they recommend.
