This is a great cookbook! It's filled with very tasty recipes that doesn't require a ton of ingredients...and no ingredients that are "out of the ordinary". I have other George Stella cookbooks...all are great. So far, I like this one best. It's very colorful and has beautiful pictures of all the dishes.
