I'm always a sucker for a cowboy romance and it was so easy to sit up all night reading this fabulous story. It sure didn't seem like 400 pages the way I tore through that story.
I loved that Annelise was not an entitled heiress and was very comfortable on her Harley and in her own skin. Even though she had had chores taken care of for her all her life, she didn't hesitate to jump right in and try to figure out things the rest of us take for granted. I've got to admit, I did lol a time or two especially when it came to figuring out how to work a microwave. When she runs into Cash, the sexiest cowboy she'd ever met, I knew sparks were gonna fly.
At first, I was concerned that there were too many storylines going on for one book but they melded together very nicely. I love, love, loved the small town atmosphere and Austin pegged the feel right on the nose from the cafes to the characters running them. I'll definitely be checking out this author for more of her books.
