Never in a million years would I have picked up this book until I was urged to by a friend. Never even seen any of the movies either. But upon my friend's urging I gave it a shot. And now a week later, I've finished 3 out of the 4 books, and working my way thru the 4th book now.
Honestly for me it was the romance that kept me interested and "thirsty" for more. For a YA book, maybe a little unrealistic about what teenage life, but still realistic enough to see how much you'll do for your 1st love. Over all, would highly recommend the books to everyone who loves to read a romance. Just be forewarn you'll need the next book, "new moon" ready for when you finish this one.
