Well written book, there's not enough of a story to really appeal to a general audience, I suppose, so the author goes back and forth between the 1911 expedition and the 1999-2000 expedition to Egypt, as well as detours covering the British strategy for bombing Nazi Germany, the water table in western Egypt, and an overview of 4.6 billion years of geology. Certainly an excellent book for an aspiring college-aged paleontologist.
