I'll start off by saying that Moulton has provided readers with a gripping and action packed tale of angels, creating an unforgettable debut. Angelfire is a powerhouse of good versus evil that will definitely make its mark in the YA genre.

Ellie is your average teenage girl until her seventeenth birthday, when she begins having horrible nightmares. The monsters in her nightmares come for her, thrusting her into a war she realizes she has been part of for hundreds of years. Not to mention there is an amazingly hot angel that has the hots for her. Together they fight the forces of evil in an attempt to keep a powerful entity from being set free...an entity that could end Ellie forever.

Ellie and Will are a magical duo. The romance between them is exciting, adding depth to the plot as well as a twist in the end. I really enjoyed the action packed scenes that showed just what the characters were capable of. As Moulton revealed the history between Will and Ellie, I became much more aware of the intense bond they shared and how far they were willing to go to protect each other. I absolutely loved Angelfire and look forward to the continuation of the trilogy. More please!!
