I'm not a hard core survivalist, but I do believe in being prepared for natural, or not so natural disasters, and emergencies so that I don't have to depend solely on my government for my survival in emergency situations. This book has a wealth of information for city dwellers like me, and those who are more involved with the whole survival lifestyle. It has information about emergency food supplies, shelter, water and even urban combat philosophy. This book gave me the knowledge I was seeking and it also gave me a lot more to think about for my own emergency preparations.
