I'm not sure about this book. It took a while for me to get into it, then I really enjoyed most of the middle, but then I was disappointed by the end. I wish the book were longer, so the reader could have learned more about The Hostage-Taker, I found him very intriguing. I also would have like to know what happened to Chloe after the presented ending. There were too many details left open-ended for me to really like the book. I need things wrapped up nicely with a happy ending! I don't think there should be wondering as to what happened, not in this type of book.
