Subtitled An Essential Guide to Self-Empowerment, Spiritual Supremacy, and Sexual Satisfaction. Satire full of pop culture references (such as quoting This is Spinal Tap! lyrics) and in-jokes: Janeane gains 70 pounds during their relationship (by Hollywood standards, she's already obese), and their first date is at "T. J. O'Pootertoot's, where 'pizza-tizers' are on the house and the birch beer flows in bottomless, frosty mugs." (It's a skit from The Ben Stiller Showit's people, people!)
